Healing is my life calling and I have dedicated the last 12 years to learning, serving and helping others on their healing journey. I am a Forbes 5-star trained licensed massage therapist. I specialize in treating chronic pain & muscular imbalances; I use structural integration and deep tissue massage to rehabilitate muscles after broken bones, surgery and severe injuries. I am a life-long yogini, I truly believe that yoga is a medicine; it has literally saved my life and not a day goes by without me getting on my mat. I teach hatha, yin yoga & plant based nutrition in combination with reiki to eliminate ailments, disease and promote vitality. Within the past 7 years I have traveled to many different countries in search of a new perspective and devotion for this life. I hope to share that knowledge with you and aid you in achieving the optimal health you deserve!
